Advantages: It's cheaper and faster.
Disadvantages: You have to study Korean at the same time, which means quite difficult in the beginning. There will be classes which you can't understand well or at all. Even after one year some foreigners have problems to understand some of the Baduk classes which are only held in Korean.
Anyhow, the Korean students, lecturers and professors are very, very friendly and help as much as they can. So, usually you don't need to worry about passing the classes even without knowing Korean. |
